E-Service Request Form Information
This is a temporary measure that has been introduced as a way to reach Service Canada if needed. The main phone numbers are still best. For EI, that number is 1-800-206-7218. The phone lines are extremely busy right now. If anyone is having trouble getting through they can try using the e-Service Request Form and someone from Service Canada will call them back within 2 business days.
