Back to School Bus Information

We are a week away from the start of the school year, and we’d like to share a few things for students and the parents of students who will be riding the bus.

Bus Status

We want you to be able to know of any changes to bus status on any given school day. 

Notification will be provided on the Bus Status Web Page when there are changes to the regular operating times of any of the Wolf Creek buses that transport our students. Please check the Bus Status Web Page for bus cancellations or delays.

Wolf Creek Public Schools will continue to announce any Division-wide busing cancellations due to inclement weather, fog, or poor road conditions using Wolf Creek Public Schools' communication practice.

Video Surveillance 

In order to provide for the personal safety and security of students and personal property belonging to the Division, the Division supports the use of video surveillance practices on student transportation vehicles, such as school buses, believing that such practices shall, through deterrence, encourage good behavior and promote safe practices.

It is important for parents to be aware that their child may at some point during the school year ride a school bus that is equipped with Video Surveillance Cameras. Inclement Weather

It is not something you may think of in the last few weeks of summer, but you know winter weather is just around the corner. At Wolf Creek Public Schools, safety is our primary concern, and we use AP 132: Closure of Schools Due to Inclement Weather to guide decisions about school closures and bus cancellations due to inclement weather.
