General Technology Support Information

Information for School Learning Coaches

Learning Coaches position provide a skilled classroom teacher who works directly with school staff, as well as with the Learning Supports and Technology Services Team in providing direct in­classrooms supports​on a daily basis​around literacy skills, instructional strategies and purposeful use of technology​that assists learning for teachers and students in Grades K­12 across Wolf Creek Public Schools.

The following information provides School Learning Coaches, as well as all staff, important information and support documents pertaining to the use of and access to technology in Wolf Creek Public Schools.  This information is intended to assist school staff by providing support for the use and integration of technology in classrooms across the jurisdiction.

Procedures for Obtaining Technology Support

Staff experiencing technical problems should first speak with their Learning Coach.
After speaking with the school based Learning Coach, the school Learning Coach may create a detailed workorder that is submitted to WCPS Technology Services. A staff member from Technology Services will then investigate the incident further.
