Information for Inclusion Coaches

Wolf Creek Public Schools requires each school to have a designated Inclusion Coach. This individual or team are responsible for supporting the programming for students with special needs within each school.

The following information provides Inclusion Coaches as well as all staff important information and support documents pertaining to the use and access to resources supporting diverse student needs in Wolf Creek Public Schools. This information is intended to assist school staff by providing support for the use and inclusive educational goals in classrooms across the jurisdiction.

Procedures for submitting student referrals:

The classroom teacher and Inclusion Coach complete Step 1 of the referral package.

Please click HERE to access REFERRAL FORMS.

Requests are forwarded through the principal to the Director of Inclusive Learning Services. (K-6 and 7-12)

The Inclusive Learning Services Team meets to review referrals and determine the appropriate personnel to provide the assessment and support.

A staff member from Inclusive Learning Services will contact the school to move forward with the referral.
